Starting with workshops and training, we then "follow" nurse leaders to their practice environment to provide real-time coaching, feedback, and partnership during rounds, aimed to build nursing leadership confidence, competency, and reconnection to their purpose and passion. Our one-time training workshops or longitudinal "emerging nurse leader" programs are 100% nurse-designed and delivered, relieving the burden off your team of having to do it themselves but providing the support and learning that only a nurse can.
