Raffles Consolidated (Pvt.) Ltd is a limited liability company, originally launched as a Partnership in December 1999 and then incorporated in September 2002. The company was primarily set up as an Outdoor Catering Company to cater to an already established corporate and up-market clientele. In September 2001, they ventured into Industrial Catering by winning contracts to operate cafeterias in some of the prestigious establishments in Sri Lanka. Raffles Residence, since 2016 stands tall majestic at Mirihana, Nugegoda the epitome of luxury, with two banquet halls in which we can house 100 to 300 guests respectively, to cater to all the banquet and catering needs. The elegant setting of the banquet halls are an invitation of their own to any event to be hosted at Raffles Residence. The company is also one of the first food and beverage companies to obtain ISO and HACCP standardisation.
