Rail Asset Development Ltd has been offering engineering and construction support on a national basis projects on or around railway land since Easter 2018. We work directly for Developers, Consultants or Contractors according to the needs of the project. The company is led by Steve King as Director, with Jim Todd, Chris Wise and Donald Gilmour as Associates. Zeinab Abdelaziz as Assistant CEM completes our core team. Support for those developing on or around the railway can be flexible to suit your needs. Often these kinds of developments are seen as challenging and risky for the Client and project team and having specialist guidance can provide the confidence to move forward. Whether you need a full CEM service or are looking for something more like a 'phone a friend' facility we can help. Within our team we have specialist knowledge of works adjoining or within Network Rail and London Underground environments. We have also worked on schemes interfacing with DLR, Tramlink and the Glasgow Subway. We can review your proposals to see how to gain the required approvals in the most pragmatic and effective way, highlighting where changes to materials, methods or scope of a development can remove risk from a scheme and avoid potential delay. We can compile, review and submit required design and methodology documents, managing comments and gaining the required approvals.
