Rail Asset Development Ltd has been offering engineering and construction support on a national basis projects on or around railway land since Easter 2018. We work directly for Developers, Consultants or Contractors according to the needs of the project.
The company is led by Steve King as Director, with Jim Todd, Chris Wise and Donald Gilmour as Associates. Zeinab Abdelaziz as Assistant CEM completes our core team.

Within our team we have specialist knowledge of works adjoining or within Network Rail and London Underground environments. We have also worked on schemes interfacing with DLR, Tramlink and the Glasgow Subway.
