It’s all about what we grow, how we grow it and, especially, the sun and soil of where we farm it. We are known for the shelf-life and freshness of our products. Specialist growing in arid conditions produces a resilient plant that lasts – this is the skill that we have perfected. Rainbow Fresh controls the process at every stage from sowing the seeds to delivering ready to eat products to the retailer. This means we can continually pursue excellence at every stage from seed to shelf. To be successful as a family business, we have always known that we have had to be different. The Giangregorio family have been primary producers on the Adelaide Plains at Lewiston since the 1970s, and have specialised in gourmet lettuces since the 1990s.
