He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. James works primarily on elder law, estate planning, and Medicaid planning. He speaks at dozens of community seminars each year and is licensed by the State of Texas to provide continuing education to social workers. James and Elisa Rainey are both Adjunct Professors of Elder Law at Baylor Law School. Elisa Dilliard Rainey is known across the country for her skills in elder law and special needs trusts. She is Waco’s only Certified Elder Law Attorney, receiving the certification from the National Elder Law Foundation and approved by the State Board of Legal Specialization. As President of the Texas Chapter of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Elisa is in high demand as a conference speaker and training instructor. Sarah Berryman Kendrick is skilled in all facets of guardianship, probate, public benefits planning, and estate planning. She is certified by the State Bar of Texas to work as an attorney ad litem in guardianship cases. Sarah routinely travels to speak for community and non-profit groups.
