Rainstar Project Capital is the front end originations platform for a $250 billion private capital trust. The trust has allocated $50 billion a year for Rainstar Project Capital to deploy. Rainstar Project Capital actively sources, structures, underwrites and funds projects worldwide with the private capital trust holding the debt on its balance sheet. Financing is available for any industry or project type globally including special purpose projects seeking capital from $25 million to $10 billion plus. The financing program consists of a line of credit product with rates from 5% to7% and 5 to 7 year terms. Significant development projects may include media, film, crypto, alternative energy, commercial real estate, resorts, hospitality, technology, infrastructure, oil and gas. Developers must possess an historical pedigree of completed projects and be of good character.
Please note the following:
-Rainstar Project Capital will not be intaking deals from other investment bankers, capital advisory firms, or capital brokers where the third party earns a fee on the funding.
-Rainstar Project Capital will intake deals from other third party consultants that are being compensated for their services that is not tied to the funding of the transaction
-There are no upfront fees to the client either from Rainstar or the trust
-The private capital trust covers all third party costs on its balance sheet for due diligence
-Full asset protection is available for the borrower's equity in the form of payment orders, credit insurance etc.
-Program is non recourse
-Program typically takes 90 days from signed LOI to fund
-Joint Venture equity is available for certain projects but normally the client must have 20% cash of the projects cost
