Raised In is a social enterprise that provides the best childcare services for 1-5 year olds in community spaces across the city.
We want to help local communities prosper. By working in partnership with community organisations, we can achieve local impact and be accountable to the local community.
What makes us different?
We’re not a privately-owned nursery. By working together with various communities across the city and recycling our profits locally we’re able to support the sustainability of existing community hubs.
Our vision is for all children across Bristol to grow up to become engaged and active citizens, accessing everything that the city offers.
Our mission is to provide an alternative income stream for local community assets via rent and a profit share from the nursery so that they are sustainable - keeping social and economic wealth where it’s generated.
We want to be the employer of choice for childcare professionals in Bristol. We pay at least the living wage and are committed to building a positive and inclusive working environment.
