In those four decades, the construction industry has boomed with imaginative and expansive building programs being realised right across the Gulf Region. RAK Rock has been at the heart of that development, providing modern society with the most solid of foundations to build upon. Whether it is the construction of homes, roads, hospitals, skyscrapers or schools, all have been created using materials supplied by us. Our service is based on years of experience and expertise, hard-earned qualities which we have coupled with innovation and modern technology to grow our capacity to the point where we are now delivering 22 million tons of material to the building industry every year. Today, our clients are in UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait and India ensuring that we are the industry leader in the UAE in terms of both quantity and quality of materials delivered to our partners. Together with our sister company, Stevin Rock, RAK Rock forms one of the largest quarrying companies in the world, servicing clients and projects on a global scale. Along with Stevin Rock, we are a direct and indirect source of major investment for the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Many industrial companies have located their operations to the region, attracted both by the prospect of being adjacent to the one of the world’s largest quarries and Saqr Port, the major bulk-handling port in the Middle East which is in turn positioned on the coast beside one of our partner quarries, Khor Khuwair. As such, RAK Rock has grown to become one of the key factors in the ongoing success of developing Ras Al Khaimah as a growing hub for the construction, industry and manufacturing sectors.
