Rasico

At Rasico, we solve our clients construction problems full stop. There are currently four companies within the Rasico Group, each providing a different element to the construction process. The group is owned by the two Principles, Rachael Jolley and Simon Hall, who both left significant roles in other Companies to establish Rasico. Rachael’s background is strong in the evaluation and understanding of care assets and developments. Having been a co-founder of two National Care Home Sales Agencies her wealth of knowledge of the sectors operators and requirements is considerable. Simon started out, 30 years ago, as a Quantity Surveyor. As many Quantity Surveyors experience, he was increasingly asked to Project Manage alongside his cost management role. Having initially worked within Gleeds and Faithful & Gould he evolved into a business leader with his last, pre-Rasico Consulting role, being a Partner in a London based Private Practice running their Leeds office. The group has grown significantly in the last 12 months and there many other ongoing exciting developments, which will enable us to truly solve all our clients construction problems full stop.
