Having an accurate estimation of costs and timelines is important. We are driven and attentive professionals with extensive expertise in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project management. Our team has worked in the majority of construction sectors, including healthcare, hotels, commercial, leisure, and residential. Our philosophy is to combine our rigorous standards with above-and-beyond customer care. Founders Simon Hall and Rachael Jolley saw a need in the industry for consistently exceptional service, regardless of whether a client desired a complete suite of services or simply an experienced expert to fill in a gap within an existing team or project.
