RC ZONE Samobor

We are a new brand by RC Europe, specialized in logistics-distributive center development. With carefully chosen locations, we aim to create new jobs and build the business infrastructure for the local businesses. Lead by the years-long experience in office buildings and shopping centers development, we decided to invest over 75.000.000€ in Croatia and build our first logistics-distributive hall with a rentable area of over 80.000 m². The hall will be built according to the market needs while respecting all of the construction and ecological standards.
