Re-Mom

re-mom is a coaching and maternity transition service on a mission to provide meaningful and necessary support to working mothers as they navigate the intersection of career and matrescence. re-mom's vision is to improve the quality of life of working mothers everywhere by making work-life harmony a standard experience. We achieve this in two ways: 1. Through direct coaching with career-oriented mothers, leveraging maternity coaching, transformational coaching, and the science of change to enable the creation of a life-by-design 2. Working directly with progressive organizations who are looking to support their working mothers with Maternity Transition Support services re-mom advocates for narrowing the gender pay and gender equity gap, pushing for reform through supporting women at critical intersecting points in their career and motherhood journeys. As women enter leadership positions, they’re also growing their families; organizations who are passionate about maintaining a pipeline of female leadership and keeping female executives in their roles understand the criticality of addressing working motherhood.
