Re|Scripted

We are a collaborative of feminist education practitioners, scholars and researchers dedicated to advancing the complexities of difference in gender and sexuality in education towards a more equitable, just and inclusive future. Inspired by our deep networks of feminist accomplices and mentors, we decided to build this feminist education consulting practice. We advance a critical feminist consciousness within education curricula, programs and projects through our commitment to praxis. Our goals are to inspire, complicate, support and lead practices of intersectional theories of gender and difference with schools and organizations. SCRIPT /SKRIPT/ (N.) the ideas we learn about gender and sexuality that repetitively suggest the “right” way to be TO RE/SCRIPT /RĒ SKRIPT/ (V.) the intentional rethinking, interrupting, and undoing of popular ideas, or scripts, about gender, sexuality and difference that uncritically inform educational curricula
