Re-Set-Pause

I am Eleonora a qualified yoga teacher offering in person yoga corporate classes and workshop incorporating sound, meditation and breathwork. Through yoga, I have learned to slow down, take my time, relax and relate to people in a different way. Movement and deep listening connect all of us on a subtle level which helps to heal ourselves physically, energetically and mentally. Yoga is a fundamental tools to reconnect with our body, to move inwards in a society that pushes us to be often focused on the outwards. By giving people a chance to reset and pause, we bring them back to their inner centre – the place where they can be themselves.
