ReadySkills is an innovative education organisation committed to equipping Australians with the practical, real-world skills they need to navigate adulthood with confidence. Our hands-on, engaging workshops cover essential areas such as career readiness, financial literacy, first aid, mental well-being, and independent living skills, ensuring participants gain valuable knowledge they can apply immediately. We work with schools, community groups, and adult learners, providing customisable programs that cater to diverse needs. Whether it’s preparing students for their first job, helping individuals re-enter the workforce, or teaching vital life skills, we ensure every participant leaves feeling empowered and capable. ReadySkills was founded by Bridie Searle, a passionate advocate for education, equity, and skill development. Bridie saw a gap in traditional schooling—many people graduate without essential life skills. This led to the creation of ReadySkills, a program designed to bridge that gap and make practical learning accessible to all. Our workshops are delivered by experienced, engaging facilitators who understand the challenges of career transitions, financial independence, and personal development.
