Our studios are clean, spacious, bright and fully equipped with the latest line of STOTT PILATES® equipment from V2Max Reformers with full vertical frames, stability chairs, ladder barrels, arc barrels, spine corrector, spine supporter, jumpboard, rotational diskboard and more. All our instructors are STOTT PILATES® certified with complementary backgrounds in the fields of personal training, yoga, group exercise, weight training, exercise physiology, injuries & special population and dance training.
As the only MERRITHEW Licensed Training Centre in the region, we provide world-class instructor certification courses & workshops. Since 2009, we have trained over 5,000 instructors.
