As the Founder & CEO of Real Pilates, my mission is twofold: to enrich people's lives through the transformative power of Pilates and to champion values of tolerance, peace, and empathy. At Real Pilates, we are more than a Pilates studio and education provider; we are a community dedicated to inspiring health, happiness, and well-being. Our approach is rooted in authenticity and moral integrity, prioritizing genuine care for those around us. My activism, reflected in my support for human rights and social justice, fuels this commitment. From advocating for freedom and justice everywhere to standing against the lingering impacts of colonialism, my goal is to inspire positive change, both within our Pilates community and in the world at large.I have a deep love for the Middle East and an unshakable belief that its people aspire to coexist in peace and build a future of mutual prosperity.
