Our purpose is to inspire and train people and organizations about Customer Experience, so that they can transform the way they work, and be empowered by putting the customer at the center of their business, in a simple and practical way. RealCX was founded based on the believe that the Customer Experience discipline shouldn´t be inaccessible or reserved to big corporations with extensive budgets, but shared and available to every person in business that desires to provide a better experience to their customers, and make an impact on return purchases and profits.
