We are a trauma informed, holistic therapeutic service. We are a team of highly trained and experienced psychologists, psychotherapists and mental health advisers. We provide Neuro-divergent Assessments including Autism and ADHD assessments for both children and adults. Our Services Include Individual Therapy: - Our Individual therapy range from cognitive behavioural therapy, person centred, integrative psychotherapy, play therapy, and art psychotherapy. This involves a client (adult or child) and a therapist working together on agreed goals or explorations of presenting difficulties. Couples Therapy:- Couples therapy offers a safe space to explore challenging issues within one’s relationship. Sometimes support is needed from a trained outsider to assist the understanding of each other’s perspective and to move forward. Couples therapy may involve 1-1 sessions as well as joint sessions Systematic Family Therapy: - Resolve Conflicts and Improve Communication. Experience Family Therapy to address issues with parents, siblings, or children. Individual and group sessions available. Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy: - Dyadic developmental psychotherapy is a form of therapy for families with children presenting with symptoms of emotional disorders, stemming from complex trauma or disorders of attachment. It involves both individual sessions with parent and child as well as joint sessions. 24 Hours Supported Living Service (Adults): - Our primary objective for this service is to cultivate a secure and nurturing environment where adults with mental health challenges are empowered to reach optimal well-being and live a more fulfilling and independent life.
