Red Dragonfly Foundation

Red Dragonfly Productions is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the education, preservation and celebration of St. Croix’s culture through Quelbe music. The Foundation's first project is the documentary film, Scratch, showcasing individual stories from musicians and culture-bearers about the critical role Quelbe has played in Crucian history. The film will serve as a catalyst to celebrate Quelbe musicians and culture in St. Croix and beyond the USVI. Through screenings and outreach, the film will also incentivize continued investment in St. Croix’s existing community as well as cultural institutions and local schools.
