MISSION: Staff provides mobilization readiness, operational support and training to more than 10,500 Sailors throughout California, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and the Territory of Guam. VISION The Navy Reserve provides essential naval warfighting capabilities and expertise, strategically aligned with mission requirements - valued for our readiness, innovation, and agility.
