Originating in Fiji over 70 years ago as a family venture, the Reddy Group has evolved into a dynamic global enterprise. Yet the essence of its success remains deeply rooted in its people. Driven by the Reddy family’s core values—integrity, curiosity, humility, ambition, and compassion—we remain focused on empowering those who are creating meaningful change in the communities we serve. We support initiatives in health, poverty relief, education, and sustainability, while also providing disaster relief. In partnership with Tanoa Hotel Group, we support their Stay Generous, Stay Tanoa initiative which creates positive change with every stay. Our operations span across New Zealand, and the South Pacific, including Fiji, Samoa, and Tonga.
