Red Light Jazz was created as an annual event to put Amsterdam back on the map as a genuine jazz-city, rich in tradition.
After the succesful kick-off in 2014 every first weekend of June will be about jazz in the famous Red Light District of Amsterdam. During this event, concerts by established jazzartists and new talents can be attended in unique and atmospheric locations.

Het Red Light Jazz Festival is een ondernemersinitiatief dat in 2014 is opgezet als een jaarlijks terugkerend evenement. Het zet Amsterdam weer op de kaart als échte jazz-stad met een rijke traditie.
Na de succesvolle aftrap in 2014 zal het wallengebied voortaan elk eerste weekend van juni in het teken staan van jazz. In bijzondere en sfeervolle locaties kunnen tijdens dit evenement concerten worden bijgewoond van bekende en (nog) onbekende jazzartiesten.
