REEBA is a dynamic business development service social enterprise, founded in October 2018 by four passionate student entrepreneurs from Bayero University, Kano. Reeba is dedicated to addressing the specific needs and challenges faced by Micro and Small Enterprises (MSMEs) in northern Nigeria, using the Business Fights Poverty model. With a focus on Digital and financial inclusion and bridging the funding gap, REEBA supports enterprises that operate within the informal sector, targeting trades such as garment production, carpentry, beauty services, automobile repairs, brick making, GSM repairs, Digital skills, etc. Vision To empower MSMEs in the informal sector of northern Nigeria, fostering a sustainable society free from extreme poverty. Mission REEBA is committed to creating value for MSMEs through targeted training programs, business knowledge transfer, and exposure to business development assistance. By focusing on high-priority issues like financial inclusion, REEBA works to support SDG 1, with a particular emphasis on target 1.4, which seeks to ensure that all men and women, particularly the poor and vulnerable, have equal rights to economic resources and access to financial services.
