Reflective Practice Institute

Established by Susanne Terry and Michael Lang, the Reflective Practice Institute is a collection of practitioners, committed to the principles and methods of Reflective Practice as applied to mediators, coaches, facilitators and other conflict engagement practitioners. The Reflective Practice Institute delivers a variety of education, coaching and training programs to teach Reflective Practice, assist in developing and facilitating Reflective Practice Groups, offer individualized mentoring, and provide information and resources about the theory and application of Reflective Practice.
