We support partners to develop wellbeing-informed practice, strengthen relationships that power wellbeing, and provide a 360° assessment of wellbeing impact. We focus on promoting wellbeing rather than addressing illbeing and support partners to embed sustainable solutions to generate wellbeing over the long term. Wellbeing is experienced by individuals, but it doesn’t begin there. It emerges through interactions among people, and between people and the situations in which they find themselves. We achieve sustained improvements in wellbeing through building an enabling environment – addressing the underlying conditions which enable people to live happy, healthy and fulfilled lives. Addressing the causes rather than just the symptoms in this way ultimately leads to greater wellbeing and is more cost effective. We provide a complete approach from diagnosis to solution and assessment of impact.
