RemDev are a division of the Endor Group, and Australian IT focussed services company. COVID-19 forced changes to workplace arrangements and hiring practices, and the traditional recruiting division of Endor Group (2dSearch) witnessed an initial trend in customers interviewing and hiring new team members over video conference, then accepting that the location of some team members is not important if they are working from home. With a high standard of screening, 2dSearch started to identify and secure remote based technical team members for customers. With roles such as Project Managers and Business Analysts intending to be brought back into the office as the Pandemic eases restrictions, a focus on Developers and other Technical Engineers shifted to an acceptance that "Remote is fine". With Australian Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance in place, RemDev provides Developers on a contract basis, using timesheets that are approved by your line managers to approve th ahours that they work. The Developers are Remote from your offices. You can request Developers based in certain locations, or you can select Developers with the most suitable skills and experience. The Developers may be based in Remote places in Australia, or may be just around the corner from you but prefer to work from home. Alternatively you may find that the best Remote Developer is working from home in India or Brazil. Some of our known Remote Developers are from Australia, but currently stuck in other countries.
