We all know how it goes, Monday morning arrives and along with it the five day misery marathon - personality conflicts with difficult colleagues, impossible deadlines, feelings of being under-appreciated and overworked, frustration due to lack of clarity regarding work responsibilities which leads to stress and anxiety, the never-ending unmanageable work load, toxic work culture (including bullying and harassment), lack of alignment between your skills and talents and your current job role the all-encompassing and inevitable symptoms of burn out (which is very real and not pleasant!) - and the list goes on and on!
