About REM - Research in Economics and Mathematics
REM - Research in Economics and Mathematics, is a research consortium of ISEG, School of Economics and Management of the Universidade de Lisboa, founded in 2017, and aggregates two research centers, CEMAPRE and UECE. REM produces research, both theoretical and applied, mainly in Economics and in Mathematics, and also in inter-disciplinary areas. REM’s researchers are organized in six groups: Econometrics; Economics and Mathematics of Complex Systems; Mathematical Analysis and Computational Finance; Macroeconomics; Microeconomics; Statistics and Actuarial Science. REM also organizes seminars, conferences and other events to disseminate scientific results; participates in international research networks; and promotes and publishes papers, working papers and other documents to stimulate research in the aforementioned areas. REM supports XLAB - Behavioural Research Lab.
