The Resiliency Law Center is a two-part initiative to shift the balance of power to local communities in order to ensure that disaster recovery and rebuilding in Puerto Rico is effective, fair, and resilient while developing legal techniques to fight climate change, train students and lawyers in their use, providing counseling, legal representation and education to individuals and leaders of communities affected by natural disasters and climate change, and by establishing an advocacy center for disaster recovery and climate change awareness.
