Resisure originated from a desire to make every rental property in the UK safe for tenants and to make life simpler and less risky for landlords, property companies and social housing providers. Resisure takes the guesswork out of rental property portfolio management, using real-time data to visualise the living environment in a property by monitoring temperature, humidity, mould and air quality. With simple, elegant and easy to deploy IoT technology connected to intuitive analytics we’re changing the game, lowering costs and making sure that issues can be addressed immediately, resolved quickly and prevented efficiently before they become dangerous for tenants or cause expensive, long-term damage to a property.
