Soka Enterprises Ltd is a property investment firm focused on new build developments in Essex. The firm was founded in 2002 and incorporated in 2017. Since the early 2000's we have invested in the Essex, London, Kent and Edinburgh property markets. With a combined experience of over 100 years the team have worked on over 1,000 new build units with 25 proprietary units built in various districts of Essex since 2018. The team continues to build its project pipeline working with landowners, investors and property professionals.
