We have pioneered a system of reuse for empty buildings – giving them a social purpose in the transitional period before they are redeveloped, re-rented or formally occupied. This system has already generated millions of pounds worth of value in the form of public access to community facilities, workshops and resources. We've also saved tonnes of resources from going to waste in the process, from food and furniture, to textiles and tools.
