About Restaurant Gustav Wasa

Located in the heart of Vaasa, in a historic property, Gustav Wasa serves a crisp restaurant experience with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant was opened in 1992 by the Ekman family, and has since October 2010 been in the hands of the former Chef Kim Hellman. Our Scandinavian menu is based on creative plates, seasonality and local produce, crowned by wines and our micro-brewed beers. Gustav Wasa's Kitchen Studio also runs cooking courses for companies and groups, where our customers are introduced to the secrets of fine dining. Our courtyard sauna can be warmed up for meetings or other occasions.
