THREE MAIN AREAS, ONE VISION Retail Mind Group's multi-level methodology is reflected in its three core areas of activity, consolidated under a single, unified brand. The Management division assists brands and retailers, as well as owners and promoters, with specialised services. Our scope of activity ranges from strategic planning and business expansion, integration and positioning of brands, wholesale, private labels and department stores, to franchising solutions. As retail specialists, we work on attracting and integrating brands into new markets, creating and sustaining occupancy strategies On a more wide-reaching scale, we are also responsible for the inception, development, leasing and management of retail property projects. The Real Estate division, specializes on matching concepts with the best possible locations, providing bespoke strategic investment advisory in Retail, Hospitality and Logistics. The International unit, responsible for the Group's increasingly global presence, consolidates all the expertise and know-how of the Group's different divisions, which, along with a wide network of partners and customers, allows us to keep challenging the conventional with results. Today we are present in Portugal, Spain, Colombia and Brazil. From the Iberian Peninsula, we oversee the European, African and Middle Eastern markets. From Colombia and Brazil, we develop projects for all Latin America.
