Retention Architects is a consulting company that specializes in employee retention by improving relationships and the environment in which these relationships live. We focus on the development of people and the progress that brings. Using our proven process, we customize and implement a plan for each client from our list of training and consulting services. Because on size does not fit all. With over 30 years of business experience, Colene and Jim Rogers founded Retention Architects together in 2017. They began with Colene speaking and training mainly on the topic of leadership and what employees want from their employer. As their client list grew, the connection between employee retention and leadership became more and more apparent. Today, Retention Architects focuses all their client efforts on one ultimate goal, to increase employee retention. By developing leaders employees want to follow, they help companies be the one employees never want to leave. Colene is more the face of the company, delivering the keynotes that leave audiences saying Retention Architects is the company to handle all my retention and leadership needs. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with degrees in Organizational Communication and Public Speaking. She is a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team; a certified Crucial Conversations Trainer; a Senior Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP); and a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Jim is Colene’s right hand man. First and foremost, as her husband. That is primary. But also, as Colene’s full- time partner in running the business of Retention Architects. As Director of Content, nothing makes it into a video, keynote, blog, or workshop without first passing over Jim’s desk or originating there. Jim has been a business owner of a music studio for over 35 years and brings that experience into Retention Architects. He has a business degree from Indiana University.
