Founded by Esther Nagle, a Recovery and Resilience Coach with lived experience of burnout and long-term alcohol misuse, the business brings a fresh, human-centred approach to workplace wellbeing. Combining professional training in recovery, embodiment, meditation, yoga, and nature connection, Esther creates programmes that go beyond tick-box solutions.
