We have been fortunate to have learned how to sell and lead by the most gifted enterprise sales professionals in the world at legendary organizations such as PTC, BMC-Bladelogic, Splunk, Sumo Logic, Zscaler and Databricks and we went on to have, objectively speaking, stellar careers using these very same skills. We consider it an honor to pay it forward and teach others the same proven playbooks that the legends of enterprise sales taught us. Our Unique Approach Our own experiences as Sales Leaders has taught us that “single-event training”, the standard enablement approach, has terrible adoption rates, with some studies showing less than 10% of the skills taught are eventually adopted. Our mentors were not consultants or enablement folks…they are enterprise sales leaders who taught us right in the trenches. They spent time with us and went over skill development time and again, until it finally stuck! Our approach at RCP mirrors that of our mentors: we extend our enablement workshop sessions into the trenches over the course of 4-12 weeks where the real adoption occurs. We are thrilled, but not surprised, that our approach yields 90% adoption rate.
