REVYRE is a rubber polymer recovery and re-processing business for end-of-life tyres (ELTs). This recovery and re-processing creates a high-value black polymer modified particulate for inclusion into masterbatch compounding.
There is an estimated 2 billion ELTs generated globally on an annual basis. Current practice is to stockpile, dump or dispose of these tyres through thermal processing – many of which create significant health and environmental risks.
REVYRE’s solution is to re-process ELTs into polymer modified compounds which can be used in the manufacture of new tyres, re-treading, asphalt - bitumen substitutes, binders and other black-rubber compound and moulding applications.
REVYRE’s plants accept most forms of ELTs in most sizes, in addition to other end-of-life rubber products including conveyor belts.
REVYRE’s primary revenue model is from the sale of the following products:
• Granules and Powder (REVPOL) – rubber particles transformed back into a reactive polymer that when properly mixed with virgin material can replace large quantities of virgin stock while producing comparable physical properties.
• Rubber Moulded Products for Consumer, Commercial and Industrial applications
