It has been accredited ‘A+’ grade by NAAC. The institute is equipped with class 10,000 clean room with various fabrication and characterisation facilities for graphene based devices (FET, rectenna, antenna, RF devices, etc).
In the Institute there is a highly sophisticated “ RF & Flexible Microelectronics Research Laboratory” which is equipped with thermal deposition system, e-beam deposition system, three zone heating muffle furnace, Autolab with potentiostat, galvanostat, digital optical microscope, screen printing, vector network analyser, Langmuir Blodgett deposition, PeCVD, spin coating facilities are available.
