About RGIT STUDENT COUNCIL
The RGIT Student Council is the official student governing body of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, dedicated to fostering leadership, innovation, and student empowerment. As the bridge between students and administration, we aim to enhance campus life through various academic, cultural, technical, and sports initiatives. Our flagship events include: ZODIAC - The grand cultural festival of RGIT, celebrating music, dance, and artistic expression. OLYMPIA - An exhilarating intercollege and interdepartmental sports extravaganza. IMPULSE - An annual marathon promoting awareness for social causes. ICARUS - A dynamic tech fest featuring gaming tournaments, hackathons, and robotics competitions. With a strong commitment to student welfare, we also support academic excellence, career guidance, and extracurricular engagement. Whether through mentorship programs, leadership development, or organizing large-scale fests, the RGIT Student Council strives to create an inclusive and thriving campus community.
