RHIÉ was established in 2011 by Rie Yamagata. Begun as a knitwear capsule,
the collection quickly evolved to fully encompass the breadth of a modern wardrobe. The designs
of RHIÉ play on the feminine and masculine, and are informed and inspired by art and the everyday needs of a modern woman. The hallmarks of each collection include fluidity, the unique use of color, and versatility, with a unique curation of materials used and a strong sense of femininity.
RHIÉ is designed and headquartered in the historic West Village in New York. In 2017, the first flagship store opened at 283 West 11th Street.
