The flat Rhizodesic Organization (as opposed to a hierarchical tree shaped organization) with inherent capability of high-level collaboration among enterprise assets (machine) and process (people and method), will embed adaptability and alignment of the digitally born agile organization and proffer resilience and build finesse required to assess impacts arising from unknown-unknown future shocks of a black swan event.
