Ri is managed and led by Nick Chadd, Managing Director who boasts over thirty years in the Construction industry, starting out as an apprentice bricklayer and using his vision and experience to build the business he has today. Nick is very much a ‘hands on’ director and maintains client relationships going back over many years. It is Nick’s drive, passion and ambition that shapes the business and ensures its success The day to day operational management of our sites is carried out by our Operations Director, John Mossman, who has extensive experience within the industry and like our MD, has a 'hands on' approach and maintains close connections with all our sites. We have achieved certification with Chas, Contructionline and the Considerate Constructors Scheme’s and hold ISO Certifications 9001, 14001 and 45001. Our clients include; Mace, Overbury, McLaren Homes, BAM and ISG.
