Ridgeway Partnership (Oxfordshire Learning Disability NHS Trust) is a specialist organisation that provides a range of health care and social support services for people who have learning disabilities and other long term complex care needs.
Most of the people who use our services are adults who have moderate to severe learning disabilities. We also support adults with milder disabilities, along with a small specialist service for children.
We are committed to a person-centred approach, placing the service user at the centre of all activities. We aim to support people so they can be involved in their local community and make their own choices about how they live their lives.
