As a Workplace Success Coach with over thirty years of experience, I've dedicated my career to helping people improve their job performance and achieve personal growth. Throughout these years, I've worked across various industries and with diverse clients, each bringing unique challenges and perspectives. I hold a master's degree in training, development and adult learning and have earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) distinction from the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, I am certified in Equilibrium Coaching, which emphasizes maintaining balance in all areas of life. Continuously improving my coaching techniques is a priority for me, ensuring I can provide the best support to my clients. Outside of work, I attend local music, drama, Kraken Hockey games and art events, walk my two dogs, experiment with new recipes, practice yoga, hike, ski, and attempt home improvement projects.
