Two of his first hires were complete busts; he learned the hard way. In his role as a CEO, he discovered his superpower - building an amazing team and developing leaders. He grew his first company organically to 100 employees in just over 3 years before exiting to a public company. Over the past 20 years, he has helped nearly a dozen owners grow and exit their businesses for nearly half a billion dollars cumulatively. His passion is empowering business owners to succeed, not just in their businesses, but in their personal lives so they can live the life they only dreamed was possible.
