RJS was founded by Robert J. Sweeney, Jr. who has successfully participated in the commercial real estate business for more than forty years. RJS acquires new commercial property each month. Our mission is to grow the portfolio through the acquisition and management of NNN properties and value added real estate. This is achieved by having the ability to quickly understand and execute on acquisition opportunities as a result of our agile organizational structure and available private capital.
