TRAINING Richards Mining Services is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with a scope to deliver the Metalliferous Mining, Coal and Civil packages as well as many other Qualifications such as Certificate IV in TAA, OHS & FLM. The RMS Heavy Vehicle Training School is intended for those seeking any heavy vehicle licence, from MR right through to MC. The RMS fleet is composed of all late model trucks with commonality to ensure a smooth learning transition from one class to the next. RECRUITMENT Richards Mining Services (RMS) understands the challenges facing many of today’s businesses in regard to finding the right people to deliver the right results. RMS is not a standard recruitment provider. We differ on the grounds that our day to day working relationship within the industries we serve reinforces our knowledge of what our clients are really looking for. We would rather not fill a position at all than settle for second best. CONSULTANCY Richards Mining Services (RMS) provide consultancy services facilitating site productivity studies, evaluations and recommendations, development of comprehensive operator training procedures and policies, project management, and upskilling & assessment of mobile plant operators.
