Rocky Mountain Treasury & Finance Services (“RMTFS”) is a Colorado CPA firm focused on providing treasury and finance services to small to medium businesses in and near the Front Range. A typical client would be a growing business with 1-2 senior finance people who are saturated and looking for some assistance in corporate finance functions, so as to allow them to increase their focus on operational matters. Areas in which RMTFS can provide services include the following:
1. Banking & Treasury
a. Global banking (consolidated balances, controls and fees, and coordination with lenders)
b. Debt & borrowings (borrowings and repayments, KYC, covenant planning, refinance process management)
c. Credit card programs
d. Forecasting & management (including cash, B/S, intercompany, A/R practices, vendor payments for best terms/discounts, and DCF)
e. Other Treasury (continuity plans, FX, multicurrency)
2. Transactions
a. Mergers & Acquisitions (forecasting, DD coordination, deal management, docs required for reps & warranties, integration—day of closing and post-closing)
b. Dispositions (sell-side due diligence data room & coordination, separation facilitation)
3. Corporate Governance and Trade Compliance
a. Corporate policies (Code of Ethics, operational, B-Corp, anti-corruption (FCPA), exporting, and travel) and related training.
b. Issue analysis and, if needed, obtaining legal guidance
Although RMTFS is licensed as a CPA firm, we do not provide the following services but can assist the company in identifying appropriate providers: (a) audits, reviews, or compilations; (b) income tax return prep; or (c) legal services.
RMTFS is owned/managed by Roy Moorefield. He is a financial executive who has worked in finance and related areas for more than 25 years. He is a CPA licensed in both Colorado and South Carolina (because of that SC license, we cannot provide services to cannabis companies).
